Circumcision Types

Normal

The circumcision line is behind the glans (head of the penis). The distance between the circumcision line and the glans is approximately equal to the length of the glans. The inner and outer skin are slightly stretched during erection, but not very tight. This means there is still some skin movement on the shaft of the penis during erection.

High and Tight

The circumcision line is behind the glans and the distance is longer than the length of the glans. There is more inner skin and less outer skin. This is not a recommended circumcision type as it means you could be short of shaft skin during erection. It is also not suitable for every penis type.

High and Loose

The circumcision line is behind the glans and the distance is longer than the length of the glans. There is more inner skin and more outer skin. This leads to a loose circumcision that can cover the glans.

Low and Tight

The circumcision line is behind the glans and the distance is shorter than the length of the glans. There is less inner skin and less outer skin. There is little if any movement in the shaft skin.

Low and Loose

The circumcision line is behind the glans and the distance is shorter than the length of the glans. There is less inner skin and more outer skin. This is the recommended circumcision type for males suffering with foreskin problems or have buried penis.
